License grant

To the extent kageos Hub owns or controls the relevant rights, a lawful recipient receives a non-exclusive, worldwide license. The license covers personal and commercial projects. Attribution is not required.

Rights boundary

Assets may include automated processing. This license does not transfer exclusive copyright. It does not automatically grant trademark, publicity, or other third-party rights.

Prohibited uses

• Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the asset as a standalone file.
• Do not build a competing asset library from the files.
• Do not use the asset to train or fine-tune a generative model.
• Do not use assets for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or false-endorsement purposes.

Hub service directory license

A lawful purchaser may install, run, and modify a service directory in its own kageos workspace for its own business purposes, subject to any stricter terms on the product page or in an included open-source license. A purchase does not transfer copyright, trademarks, or contributor identity.

• Do not resell, publicly redistribute, or sublicense the standalone service directory, or use it to build a competing service directory marketplace.
• Do not remove copyright, attribution, or open-source notices that must be retained.
• Do not use a service directory for unlawful activity, attacks, or bypassing kageos security and access controls.
